Terra Noirot, LLMSW
I am a Limited-Licensed Master’s Social Worker (LLMSW) with a clinical focus, committed to supporting individuals through compassionate and evidence-based care. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Grand Valley State University and my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Spring Arbor University.

My professional background includes specialized experience in alcohol and chemical dependency counseling, school social work, veteran services, and adult education and employment support. I have provided social services across diverse settings in both Michigan and Ohio.

In my clinical work, I take a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and holistic approach. I primarily use motivational interviewing techniques grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy to empower clients in their healing and growth journeys.
